With a large steel 53cm cutting deck, the Hayter R53S Recycler Lawnmower is suitable for the maintenance of large areas of grass and lawn. It is capable of cutting your grass in three different ways: it can mulch grass clippings back into the lawn utilising recycling technology, thus negating the need to dispose of grass clippings; rear-collection is possible when using the large 54.5-litre fabric grass collector or if the grass is particularly long and tough, a side-discharge chute will move cut grass away from the cutting blade in the shortest time possible. Comfort during use is assured with a soft-grip, ergonomic handlebar that has a full width operator presence control lever and can be adjusted to suit the preference of the operator at the time. The handlebars also have a foot-operated ‘Quick Storage’ facility that allows the handlebars to be stored in an upright position, saving precious storage space. A powerful Briggs and Stratton ‘ReadyStart™’ Series 675-petrol engine has an electric key-start and powers the ‘Sens-a-Speed™’ drive system, capable of adjusting to your own preferred walking pace, up to 4.7 mp/hour, through sensors fitted into the handlebars.
