A high-grade 43cc air cooled single cylinder 2-stroke petrol engine drives both a nylon cutting line with bump-feed head, excellent for mowing lush grass, but also a metal tri-blade that is best suited for clearing light undergrowth and scrub. Start-ups are made easier with the help of a fuel primer and the 1.3kw of power is controlled through a centrifugal clutch; this allows the machine to idle without engaging the cutting head and is safer and more fuel efficient. Wide-grip bars allow you to mow wide paths with a sweeping side-to-side motion whilst a double-harness system takes the full weight of the machine and spreads it across your torso. Weight 8.4kg.
