It has a 25cm-cutting bar mounted at the end of a 1.5-meter shaft that is rubber gripped to aid handling and absorb vibrations transmitted from the power unit. The cutting-chain is made by Oregon and has an aggressive 3/8”x.043” pitch that can accommodate branches of up to 12cm in diameter. To make sure that you know the cutting-bar is getting enough lubrication the oil-tank reservoir is semi-transparent, making it easier to read the oil-level and avoid mishaps. To increase the effectiveness and ease-of-use of the attachment, it can be fitted at either 0° or 90° to the power-unit and a low-weight of only 2.4kg keeps the whole unit in balance.
