Equipped with the excellent 24.5cc 2-stroke E-TECH® II petrol engine, it is lightweight with particularly nimble handling characteristics; the addition of an adjustable loop (J) handle makes intricate and controlled mowing much easier than with wide bars. Smart Start® engine technology reduces resistance in the recoil chamber by 40%, facilitating incredibly easy starting, which, in combination with the automatically returning stop-start button lessens the burden of interrupted periods of work. Both the loop handle and shaft grip are rubberised to promote comfort that is further improved with the supplied shoulder harness; long work shifts shouldn't become uncomfortable. You can easily switch between a metal blade and nylon line when necessary and don't worry about damaging the engine casing or spark plug cover when doing so, the base is reinforced for protection.
