A truly single-purpose mulching machine, it is capable of leaving a neat finish on formal lawns when conditions are suitable yet equally as prepared to deal with tougher, longer grass when the need arises, leaving a rougher mulch in its path. The excellent mulching capabilities of this mower stem from the BioClip® cutting deck, cast from heavy-duty aluminium and designed specifically to chop grass clippings into fine particles. Further design features include the comfortable ergonomic handlebars with vibration damping and the spring-loaded central cutting height adjustment lever, providing cutting deck heights between 27mm – 64mm in five increments. An ever-reliable Honda GVC160 OHC petrol engine provides power to the 53cm-mulching blade as well as the drive system, with power going through the front wheels to provide extra stability. The 20cm wheels are made of aluminium run on double ball bearings and are finished with rubberised tyres to provide excellent traction.
