With effect from Thursday 29th August 2019, Bartram Mowers has been purchased by Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd which will continue to run the Lawnmowers Direct website. Ernest Doe is a family owned and run business, established in 1898, with 18 branches selling groundcare, construction and agricultural machinery throughout Anglia and the South East. Current Managing Director Angus Doe is the fifth generation of the family to have taken the helm during the company’s 121 years of trading together with his father, Colin Doe, who is the current Chairman.
