The installation kit is necessary for a self installation of any of the new range of Husqvarna Automowers. This size kit is suitable for gardens of 800m squared or more complex gardens of 400m squared.
All that is standing between you and your brand new Automower trundling quietly over your lawn and taking all of the hard work out of lawn maintenance is the installation of the boundary wire which will help guide your mower to the edges of your lawn, alert it to narrow passages, and help guide it back to its charging station for speedy self-charge. In earlier generations of Automower, an installation kit was included in the price of the mower. In the latest incarnations though, Husqvarna have wisely begun to sell these separately from the mower itself. This is so you are able to select the kit which is most suitable for your lawn. Previously you may have found that, for example, you needed substantially fewer staples than were previously included as standard. As a result you were paying for a whole heap of equipment which you just didn’t need. Equally, you might have found that your kit didn’t include enough wire due to the complexity of your garden, and therefore the included kit was useless to you.
Now, you will discover, there are two ways of installing a Husqvarna Automower – the do-it-yourself option or the dealer installation. Either way, an installation kit is absolutely necessary for any of the new range of Husqvarna Automowers. The Husqvarna Automower Installation Kit – Small size kit is suitable for gardens of 800m squared or more complex gardens of 400m squared. For larger gardens you will need the medium or large size kits. Additional wire can be purchased separately.
