Product Description

The Bosch ART 30 grass trimmer offers high performance cutting and hassle free, automatic line feeding for home users. The slightly wider cutting head makes this model perfect for use in medium sized gardens. The Bosch name is well known for a variety of different products and for good reason; these high quality tools offer power, performance, and the quality Bosch’s customers have come to expect.

The simple to use Bosch ART 30 is highly adaptable. Its primary function is trimming long grass and managing areas inaccessible to lawnmowers, but it can also be used to edge your lawn thanks to its pivoting head. To transform your tool simply press the button next to the strimmer head, and swing it around 90° and into position. The twin line feeds automatically too, which means you won’t need to worry about adjusting the strimmer line while you work.

The ART 30 is further designed to be fully ergonomic; the telescopic handle can be adjusted with just one click between 80 and 115 cm to suit taller or shorter users, while the secondary handle is fully adjustable for the user’s preferred grip.

Other useful features you’re bound to appreciate include the built in plant protector to stop damage to fragile plant stems or when you’re working close to walls and fences, and the easy to use (yet safe) starting triggers. This lightweight tool comes with a 10m cable, but if you need slightly more length of operation, you’ll need to purchase an extension cord with RCD protection.

The ART 30 comes complete with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty which can easily be extended to three years by visiting MyBosch and registering your new trimmer within 28 days of purchase. If a repair is needed Bosch will collect, repair, and return your product within 5 working days of the fault being reported (excludes highland and offshore addresses).

About Bosch
Since the humble beginnings in Stuttgart, 1886, when Robert Bosch formed his own business manufacturing electronic components, the ‘Workshop for Precision Mechanics and Electrical Engineering' has become one of the biggest and best known manufacturers of domestic and industrial electrical products in the world. The willingness to improve on established designs started almost immediately and it is this ethos that has kept Bosch GmbH and Bosch lawnmowers ahead of their rivals ever since. This innovation is quite apparent in the present range of Bosch lawnmowers and garden products that include tools no other garden machinery manufacturer produces.

Whatever size your garden, there is bound to be a Bosch lawnmower to suit it. The Bosch Rotak electric and cordless mowers exemplify the company’s willingness to innovate with features such as grass combs that enable mowing up to the edges of lawn borders and rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with virtually no drop-off in performance after extended use. Aside from Bosch lawnmowers, notable inventions are the Ciso Cordless Secateur and Isio Cordless Shrub Shear, tools that allow users with physical weaknesses to carryout day-to-day gardening tasks without discomfort. There is no doubt that if a garden tool can be improved upon, Robert Bosch GmbH is probably designing its successor already.
