The Bosch Indego 400 Connect is suitable for lawns up to 400m2, and works in conjunction with an Android/iOS app to make the mower incredibly convenient and easy to use.

Product Description

You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy convenience. The brand new Bosch Indego 400 Connect is a robotic lawnmower which can save you hours of labour, freeing up your evenings and weekends for the things you really love to do.

This particular model is suitable for lawns up to 400m2 in size. Complete with everything you need to get started including perimeter wire, fixing pegs, power supply unit, wire connectors and the docking station, once you have got your new Indego set up, the mower runs entirely independently. Your Indego will map your lawn, and suggest a schedule which will be best suited to your lawn.

Should you want more control, simply download the Bosch Indego app to your smartphone (available on both on iOS and Android). You’ll then be able to start or stop your mower, check the status, or edit the settings and schedule at the touch of a button from anywhere in the world.

Robotic mowers work by cutting little and often, mulching the clippings back into the lawn so there is never any clipping bags to empty. The tiny pieces of grass act as a mulch which will improve the quality of your grass over time.

Using Bosch’s Logicut technology, your Indego will always calculate the most efficient route around your garden so that it doesn’t keep going over the same areas of lawn.

As a battery model, the Bosch Indego 400 Connect uses less power, creates less noise, and has far reduced emissions when compared with traditional lawnmowers.

Comes complete with:
– Docking station
– Docking station screws with hex key (F 016 800 468)
– Fixing pegs – 140 pieces
– Perimeter wire – 100 m (F 016 800 373)
– Power supply unit
– Wire connectors – 2 x

About Bosch
Since the humble beginnings in Stuttgart, 1886, when Robert Bosch formed his own business manufacturing electronic components, the ‘Workshop for Precision Mechanics and Electrical Engineering' has become one of the biggest and best known manufacturers of domestic and industrial electrical products in the world. The willingness to improve on established designs started almost immediately and it is this ethos that has kept Bosch GmbH and Bosch lawnmowers ahead of their rivals ever since. This innovation is quite apparent in the present range of Bosch lawnmowers and garden products that include tools no other garden machinery manufacturer produces.

Whatever size your garden, there is bound to be a Bosch lawnmower to suit it. The Bosch Rotak electric and cordless mowers exemplify the company’s willingness to innovate with features such as grass combs that enable mowing up to the edges of lawn borders and rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with virtually no drop-off in performance after extended use. Aside from Bosch lawnmowers, notable inventions are the Ciso Cordless Secateur and Isio Cordless Shrub Shear, tools that allow users with physical weaknesses to carryout day-to-day gardening tasks without discomfort. There is no doubt that if a garden tool can be improved upon, Robert Bosch GmbH is probably designing its successor already.
