The Bulldog Insulated Post Hole Digger is ideal for digging and scooping out the earth from deep or shallow post holes, featuring tempered steel blades which work in a scissor fashion and come to an oval-shaped point for the easy removal of soil. Constructed to BS8020 standards, this tool has been tested to 10,000 volts and is guaranteed to 1,000 volts, accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity.
The blades have been solid-forged from one piece of steel and then given an epoxy coating for incredible strength and durability. The fibreglass shaft meanwhile insulates your hands, enabling you to dig holes around live cables in complete safety. Its length moreover gives you suitable leverage to dig with power, and allows you to work in comfort without too much bending down (overall tool length 72”/1620mm)
