Bulldog’s Flat Treaded 28” Spade is ideal for digging in unprepared ground and readying the soil for the planting of new seeds, plants and vegetables. This spade features a (L) 290mm x (W) 190mm blade and a socket both forged from one piece of steel; there are therefore no welds or weak points, ensuring incredible durability. Flat treads have also been welded onto the top edge of the blade, protecting your shoes and preventing slippage in damp conditions. The YD wooden handle meanwhile is made of high quality ash and moulds to the user’s hand shape over time for more comfortable use.
