Used for digging, excavating, and shovelling grain, sand, earth, and other loose materials, this Round Mouth Shovel is part of Bulldog’s range of Insulated ‘Powerbreaker’ Digging Tools. Manufactured to meet BS8020 standards, this shovel has been tested to 10,000 volts and is guaranteed to withstand 1,000 volts, supplied with a Certificate of Conformity.
The Round Mouth Shovel features a pointed No.2 blade for the easy penetration of aggregates, measuring at (L) 315mm x (W) 250mm. This blade has been solid-forged with the socket from one piece of manganese steel and then given an epoxy coating for maximum strength and durability.
Safe and comfortable use meanwhile is ensured by the insulating rubber collar on the socket and the YD handle on the 28” (711mm) shaft. The shaft and handle are made from a single fibreglass piece, making for incredible strength and longevity, while the D-shaped handle affords a secure and comfortable grip.
