Forged in Britain and built to be incredibly strong, durable, and long-lasting, this Insulated ‘Powerbreaker’ Taper Mouth Shovel is an ideal tool for digging holes and trenches in hard and compacted ground. Tested to 10,000 volts and guaranteed to 1,000 volts, this shovel has been manufactured to BS8020 standards and is supplied with a Certificate of Conformity.
This Taper Mouth Shovel boasts a solid-forged manganese steel head (L 315mm x W 250mm) and socket, tempered for strength and rigidity and given an epoxy paint coating for added durability. The blade’s round corners meanwhile help to dramatically reduce penetration damage caused to underground pipes and cables when digging.
This tool also features a solid 28” (711mm) fibreglass shaft with a YD grip handle for comfortable use, and a rubber collar with a wear sleeve to insulate and protect your hands.
