Hayter’s motto – “Makers of the Finest Mowers” – is a statement which reflects the company’s dedication to craftsmanship, value and innovation. Hayter’s Envoy 36 embodies all of these qualities in a compact and easy to use electric push mower, designed specifically to achieve a pristine finish on smaller lawns with the minimum of fuss.
The mower’s 36cm cutting width allows for ease of use and manoeuvrability in tighter spaces, and the tough ABS polymer underdeck with front mounted enhancement fins simultaneously improves cut quality and collection performance while also reducing noise emissions. The convenience of this nippy little machine is further enhanced by the powerful but quiet running and easy-to-start 1400W induction electric motor built by ATB, leaders in modern motor design and manufacturing. Moreover, as the Envoy 36 is powered my an electric motor you can simply plug it into the mains and mow away, without the need to worry about running out of fuel, as can happen with petrol mowers.
On top of this convenience, however, the Hayter Envoy 36 Push Electric mower is also noteworthy for the quality of its performance. The full width split rear roller, for example, enhances stability and manoeuvrability while mowing, and helps provide the iconic striped finish recognised across the UK a sure sign of a fine lawn. The Envoy 36 also features variable cutting height adjustment, with seven settings ranging from 13mm-60mm controlled via a spring assisted single lever system, meaning that the mower can be used in a variety of grass conditions; at its highest setting, the Envoy 36 can even be used to shred collect autumn leaves. This versatility is also evident in the easy to empty 36-litre grass bag, which can be removed to convert the Envoy 36 into a rear-discharge mower.
Finally, and although the Envoy 36 already benefits from a robust design and Hayter’s legendary engineering, for further peace of mind it also comes with a two year warranty, offering a long service life and making this little machine a worthy investment in the quality of your lawn.

About HayterThe name Hayter, in garden machinery circles, goes back over 60 years to 1946 when Douglas Hayter produced his first rotary lawn mower and subsequently sold it to Ipswich Town the following year. Here, the Hayter lawnmower was born. From this point, the company has gone from strength to strength with an ever-increasing portfolio of lawn maintenance equipment that is used by both professionals and domestic gardeners. Uniquely, much of the Hayter lawnmower range is still British made, with a healthy workforce gainfully employed at the company headquarters in Spellbrook, near Bishop's Stortford in Hertfordshire.
With a Royal Warrant to protect, quality standards need to be kept at a premium and this is never more evident than with the Hayter Harrier range of rear roller rotary petrol lawnmowers that have set the standard for this type of machine for over 2 decades. The company has not forsaken traditional skills with the advent of computer-aided design, but has instead combined both, with the resultant Hayter lawnmower products some of the finest garden maintenance and grass care equipment available today.
