Horticulture is very much about imposing order upon the wilderness, as even the plant life in your garden will grow out of control if you don’t keep a close eye on it. Lawns can be particularly sneaky in this respect, often encroaching upon paths, driveways and flowerbeds as the grass seeks to spread its roots. If you’re lucky enough to own one of Honda’s superb FG201 or FG205 mini-tillers, however, then pristinely tidy lawn borders are easily achievable with this handy edger attachment.
Featuring a smooth running guide wheel to ensure precision, this easy to attach accessory converts your Honda tiller for the management of lawn borders and other earth cutting applications (such as when removing and re-arranging chunks of turf). It does this using a sturdy metal cutter disc featuring ten blades, slicing through turf and allowing it to be lifted away with ease. This makes it perfect for both routine border maintenance and more extensive remodelling jobs, saving significant time and effort for the any gardener who takes pride in a well turned-out lawn.
• A border edger attachment for Honda tillers which is easy to attach and enables quick tidying and maintenance of lawn borders alongside flowerbeds, paths and driveways
• Supplied with a smooth running guide wheel to ensure precision and a sturdy metal cutter disc featuring ten blades to cut into turf with ease
• Suitable for use with Honda's FG201 and FG205 compact mini-tillers and perfect for work in small to medium-sized domestic gardens
About HondaA legendary brand know across the globe and synonymous with quality, the Honda marque traces its origins back to founder Soichiro Honda who marketed his own self-styled piston designs before World War II. From this beginning the Honda Motor Company was born in 1948 with the Honda Cub motorcycle following soon after. Today, the company is the single largest manufacturer of internal combustion engines in the world and it is this pedigree that goes into the development of Honda garden machinery.
Probably best known amongst gardening professionals for their large range of garden tillers and cultivators, Honda also produce some very fine petrol rotary lawn mowers, in particular their core range of domestic machines, known as the HRX models, that have rewritten modern lawn mower design. Not content with producing some of the best lawn mowers available, Honda have also turned the powered hand-tool sector upside-down by replacing traditional 2-stroke fuelled power units with the cleaner, quieter 4-stroke engines that the company is famous for. Never content with the present, Honda are certain to carry on developing their garden machinery products to stay at the cutting edge of design and performance.
