Power is a funny thing; some would happily betray their own mother for it, some would die for it, some become corrupted by it. Others, however, prefer to harness it in order to achieve a pristine finish when trimming the dense foliage of thick hedgerows, bushes and shrubs, which, I think we can all agree, is definitely preferable to any of the aforementioned options. The most powerful double-edged hedgetrimmer produced by Husqvarna, the 325 HD75x has been developed to combine an ergonomic design with high quality cutting performance, thereby making it the perfect tool for all heavy duty agricultural, horticultural and commercial hedgerow maintenance work.
In large part this is due to the 325 HD75x’s hardworking 24.5cc E-Tech II petrol engine. Built with an innovative design which reduces harmful emissions without any loss in power, this engine provides a power to weight ratio that most other hedgetrimmers can only sit back and admire. Moreover, with a fuel pump, a primer bulb and a handy Smart Start system all included too, it is pleasingly hassle-free to get the 325 HD75x up and running (even on cold mornings). This, along with the inclusion of a high capacity 0.5 litre fuel tank, should ensure that you can set to work and get any job done with the bare minimum of fuss.
This impressive power is channelled into the 325 HD75x’s potent 73.5cm double-sided blade, offering a maximum cutting diameter of 22mm and delivering up to 4,695 cuts per minute to help ensure that even the toughest cutting work can be tackled with ease. Power is nothing without precision though, so the 325 HD75x is also made to be easy to handle for an accurate cut. This is embodied most clearly in its clever swivelling rear handle, with five working positions available to ensure ease of operation when trimming in tricky areas. When tending the tops and sides of formal hedgerows, for example, adjusting the handle will allow you to maintain a neutral hand position at all times, thus increasing control and helping you to achieve an immaculate finish.
An added bonus of this swivelling handle is that it also allows you to work comfortably regardless of the angle at which you are cutting. For even greater comfort, however, the 325 HD75x also features a soft-grip coating on the handles and Husqvarna’s innovative LowVib anti-vibration technology, which prevents strain over extended periods of use. The ergonomic design of this excellent machine is perhaps surprising given its rugged nature, but when faced with heavy workloads anything which makes life a little easier (such as an auto-return stop switch which automatically returns to the ‘ON’ position after use) is very much welcome. As such, the 325 HD75x’s user-friendliness is just as much part of its brilliance as its power.
Likewise, a prerequisite for any commercial grade horticultural tool is that it is capable of withstanding the demands placed upon it day by day when faced with challenging jobs in tough working conditions. Luckily the 325 HD75x is no slouch in this regard either, with high quality gear components specifically developed for a long service life. This makes the 325 HD75x superbly reliable and capable of delivering exceptional results time after time, and consequently the perfect companion for any professional gardener faced with taxing hedgerow maintenance work.

About Husqvarna
Believe it or not, Husqvarna did not start off by manufacturing any type of garden machinery at all. Instead they were established in 1689 as a weapons foundry supplying the Swedish Armed Forces. During the subsequent years, diverse and varied products have been produced, from sewing machines and cast iron kitchen equipment through to bicycles and motorbikes. It wasn't until 1959 that Husqvarna finally made its first chainsaws and engine-driven lawnmowers. The company's reputation for build quality and durability of product has never been in question. This is probably the reason for their line of professional petrol chainsaws being so popular with forestry workers across the globe.

Husqvarna are not afraid to innovate either, introducing the robotic, solar powered Automower® in 1995 and continually looking to improve their existing products by listening to their customers. Jumping onto the grass recycling bandwagon, they also manufacture some of the best mulching lawnmowers available, incorporating Bioclip® technology into the vast majority of their petrol lawn mowers. Be left in no doubt, if you buy any product from the Husqvarna garden machinery stable, you will be buying into Swedish quality that is built to last.
