Product Description

The Husqvarna BLi10 is a high quality integrated battery suitable for home use. With a high capacity for extended run time, the BLi10 is suitable for use with the 100-series battery products, with the exception of the chainsaws (these need to be used with the BLi20, BLi200, or the battery pack batteries). This 36V 2 Ah battery is suitable for products such as the 115iL grass trimmer and the 115iHD45 hedgetrimmer, which are ideal for light domestic use.

Running time of any given battery will be dependent on which machine you are using it with, and how you are using your machine. When used the 115iL, for example, you can expect 30 minutes of work on a single charge, and with the 115iHD45 you will be able to work for about 50 minutes.

Again, charge time will depend which charger you buy. For the Husqvarna BLi10, the QC80 is usually suitable. This will charge your battery to 80% in 50 minutes, or fully charge your BLi10 battery pack in just one hour and ten minutes. For a faster charge, the QC330 will charge your battery fully in 40 minutes, or to 80% in 25 minutes.

The real benefit of Husqvarna’s battery system is how you can make it work for you. Mix and match machines, batteries and chargers to save money and make your machinery work hard for you. With the interchangeability of the batteries and chargers, you can end up saving quite a lot of money. The main cost of lithium-ion products is found in the batteries themselves, so by only buying the batteries which you actually need and will use, the overall price of running your new equipment will be reduced.

The Husqvarna BLi10 weighs just 0.8kg and can be charged up to 400 times. It is designed to be used continuously, and therefore offers excellent cooling, and features an intuitive 3-LED charge indicator so you have a bit of warning before your battery runs out of charge.

About Husqvarna
Believe it or not, Husqvarna did not start off by manufacturing any type of garden machinery at all. Instead they were established in 1689 as a weapons foundry supplying the Swedish Armed Forces. During the subsequent years, diverse and varied products have been produced, from sewing machines and cast iron kitchen equipment through to bicycles and motorbikes. It wasn't until 1959 that Husqvarna finally made its first chainsaws and engine-driven lawnmowers. The company's reputation for build quality and durability of product has never been in question. This is probably the reason for their line of professional petrol chainsaws being so popular with forestry workers across the globe.

Husqvarna are not afraid to innovate either, introducing the robotic, solar powered Automower® in 1995 and continually looking to improve their existing products by listening to their customers. Jumping onto the grass recycling bandwagon, they also manufacture some of the best mulching lawnmowers available, incorporating Bioclip® technology into the vast majority of their petrol lawn mowers. Be left in no doubt, if you buy any product from the Husqvarna garden machinery stable, you will be buying into Swedish quality that is built to last.
