Husqvarna's Classic Carpenter-Style Trousers are designed to offer comfort and convenience. Made from a tough, breathable material (Type A, Class 1 protection), these trousers are available in five sizes (ranging from 30-46) to ensure a perfect fit.
You can never have enough trouser-coverage when taking on tough cutting work, which is why hardworking men and women across the world will don protective overalls before picking up a chainsaw. Part of Husqvarna’s Classic range, and thus designed to provide vital protection for those using a chainsaw for occasional pruning, DIY or forestry work, these Classic Carpenter-Style Trousers offer comfort and convenience while also ensuring Type A, Class 1 protection in compliance with the EN381-5 standard.
This means that the Classic Carpenter-Style Trousers will offer effective protection to the user at chain speeds of up to 20m/s, with durable panels fitted down the front and partially to the left side of the leg. With the addition of the bib section, these carpenter-style trousers also offer more complete protection than regular trousers. As well as being tough, however, the trousers are made from a flexible, breathable material which ensures exceptional comfort and complete freedom of movement, with ventilation zippers at the back of the legs to help you keep cool in hot weather. The inclusion of a number of handy pockets (including two side pockets, a ruler pocket, and a zip-up pouch on the bib), moreover, provides superb convenience and means that you can easily carry the various little bits and pieces required to make light of a long days of tough cutting work. A high visibility design with bright orange fabric and a reflective ‘Husqvarna’ logo, furthermore, enhances safety when working in low light or otherwise murky conditions, while adjustable, easy-fastening braces make it easy to ensure a perfect fit (with five sizes available, ranging from 30”-46”, to suit your particular needs).

About HusqvarnaBelieve it or not, Husqvarna did not start off by manufacturing any type of garden machinery at all. Instead they were established in 1689 as a weapons foundry supplying the Swedish Armed Forces. During the subsequent years, diverse and varied products have been produced, from sewing machines and cast iron kitchen equipment through to bicycles and motorbikes. It wasn't until 1959 that Husqvarna finally made its first chainsaws and engine-driven lawnmowers. The company's reputation for build quality and durability of product has never been in question. This is probably the reason for their line of professional petrol chainsaws being so popular with forestry workers across the globe.
Husqvarna are not afraid to innovate either, introducing the robotic, solar powered Automower® in 1995 and continually looking to improve their existing products by listening to their customers. Jumping onto the grass recycling bandwagon, they also manufacture some of the best mulching lawnmowers available, incorporating Bioclip® technology into the vast majority of their petrol lawn mowers. Be left in no doubt, if you buy any product from the Husqvarna garden machinery stable, you will be buying into Swedish quality that is built to last.
