While it might be obvious that your Husqvarna lawnmower is the perfect tool for maintaining a neat and tidy lawn, they are also capable of far more. For clearing snow, leaves and even gravel and general detritus from paths, driveways and other open spaces, for example, Husqvarna produce a range of front mounted power brooms for use with their rider mowers and garden tractors.
Husqvarna make a number of brooms in different sizes suitable for use with different ride-on mowers. For front rider mowers from the 300 series, a belt driven broom with a 30cm diameter, three-step angle adjustment and a working width of between 60cm and 95cm is available. For the larger 400 series front mowers, a similar but bigger broom is available with a working width of between 114cm and 120cm. For premium 500 series front rider mowers, meanwhile, an even larger, professional quality, shaft driven broom is available, featuring a working width of between 120cm and 130cm, two rear solid support wheels and a 40cm diameter (requires hydraulic kit).
Furthermore, for Husqvarna’s powerful lawn tractors (excluding the CT126/126H), Husqvarna offer a hardy, belt driven power broom with a 100cm working width, adjustable support wheels and working angle adjustment of up to 20º, ideal for making light work of any clearance job.
• Rotating, belt driven brooms mount to the front of your Husqvarna ride-on mower to allow you to sweep up snow, leaves and other detritus quickly and efficiently
• Available in a variety of sizes, suitable for machines in Husqvarna’s front rider and lawn tractor ranges
About HusqvarnaBelieve it or not, Husqvarna did not start off by manufacturing any type of garden machinery at all. Instead they were established in 1689 as a weapons foundry supplying the Swedish Armed Forces. During the subsequent years, diverse and varied products have been produced, from sewing machines and cast iron kitchen equipment through to bicycles and motorbikes. It wasn't until 1959 that Husqvarna finally made its first chainsaws and engine-driven lawnmowers. The company's reputation for build quality and durability of product has never been in question. This is probably the reason for their line of professional petrol chainsaws being so popular with forestry workers across the globe.
Husqvarna are not afraid to innovate either, introducing the robotic, solar powered Automower® in 1995 and continually looking to improve their existing products by listening to their customers. Jumping onto the grass recycling bandwagon, they also manufacture some of the best mulching lawnmowers available, incorporating Bioclip® technology into the vast majority of their petrol lawn mowers. Be left in no doubt, if you buy any product from the Husqvarna garden machinery stable, you will be buying into Swedish quality that is built to last.
