Husqvarna’s entry level garden tractor, the LT 154 displays all the same engineering excellence and tough build quality characteristic of its bigger brothers and sisters, while simultaneously benefitting from a more compact design which makes this agile machine perfect for mowing more complicated or intricate areas of your lawn.
Driven by a reliable and efficient 500cc Briggs & Stratton Intek 4155 petrol engine, easily accessible to help with routine maintenance, the LT 154 features a manual transmission system with six forward gears and a maximum speed of 6.7km/h. This allows you to set the forward drive to a steady speed that suits the situation at hand, providing a level of control which makes it easier to mow borders and navigate around ornaments and obstacles on your lawn. Moreover, outstanding maneouvrability is assured thanks to the inclusion of a tough pivoting front axle and dual drag link steering.
In terms of cutting, the LT 154’s tough 97cm side discharge deck is more than capable of achieving effortless results in small to medium sized gardens, as well as being able to cut the longer grass of paddocks, meadows and orchards without any risk of clogging. To help ensure the best results possible, this tough deck is also made with six step height of cut adjustment (38mm-102mm) and Husqvarna’s innovative air induction system, which enhances airflow to provide greater grass lift and a better quality of cut. With a quick fit hose connection for cleaning the cutting deck also included, keeping your mower clean and well maintained is a pleasingly simple matter.
The LT 154 is also admirably safe. Husqvarna’s reverse operating system, for example, disengages the cutting blades when driving in reverse, and a failsafe switch under the driver’s seat cuts out the mower’s engine should you disembark while the mower is still running. Moreover, the LT 154 also features powerful headlights to allow for safe operation in low light conditions. Compact, smooth running, efficient and easy to use, Husqvarna’s LT 154 is the perfect machine for anyone looking to step up from using a walk behind lawnmower and experience the joys and convenience of a ride-on garden tractor.

About HusqvarnaBelieve it or not, Husqvarna did not start off by manufacturing any type of garden machinery at all. Instead they were established in 1689 as a weapons foundry supplying the Swedish Armed Forces. During the subsequent years, diverse and varied products have been produced, from sewing machines and cast iron kitchen equipment through to bicycles and motorbikes. It wasn't until 1959 that Husqvarna finally made its first chainsaws and engine-driven lawnmowers. The company's reputation for build quality and durability of product has never been in question. This is probably the reason for their line of professional petrol chainsaws being so popular with forestry workers across the globe.
Husqvarna are not afraid to innovate either, introducing the robotic, solar powered Automower® in 1995 and continually looking to improve their existing products by listening to their customers. Jumping onto the grass recycling bandwagon, they also manufacture some of the best mulching lawnmowers available, incorporating Bioclip® technology into the vast majority of their petrol lawn mowers. Be left in no doubt, if you buy any product from the Husqvarna garden machinery stable, you will be buying into Swedish quality that is built to last.
