Product Description

A robust and heavy duty mulching lawnmower designed for rugged daylong use in a professional capacity, the Husqvarna M 53S Pro mulching lawnmower will easily please commercial landscapers as well as homeowners with large properties. A truly single-purpose mulching machine, it is capable of leaving a neat finish on formal lawns when conditions are suitable yet equally as prepared to deal with tougher, longer grass when the need arises, leaving a rougher mulch in its path. The excellent mulching capabilities of this mower stem from the BioClip cutting deck, cast from heavy-duty aluminium and designed specifically to chop grass clippings into fine particles.

Further design features include the comfortable ergonomic handlebars with vibration damping and the spring-loaded central cutting height adjustment lever, providing cutting deck heights between 27mm – 64mm in five increments. An ever-reliable Honda GVC160 OHC petrol engine provides power to the 53cm-mulching blade as well as the drive system, with power going through the front wheels to provide extra stability. The 20cm wheels are made of aluminium run on double ball bearings and are finished with rubberised tyres to provide excellent traction. The handlebars also fold down neatly for compact storage or transportation from one job to the next. Weight 35.5kg.

About Husqvarna
Believe it or not, Husqvarna did not start off by manufacturing any type of garden machinery at all. Instead they were established in 1689 as a weapons foundry supplying the Swedish Armed Forces. During the subsequent years, diverse and varied products have been produced, from sewing machines and cast iron kitchen equipment through to bicycles and motorbikes. It wasn't until 1959 that Husqvarna finally made its first chainsaws and engine-driven lawnmowers. The company's reputation for build quality and durability of product has never been in question. This is probably the reason for their line of professional petrol chainsaws being so popular with forestry workers across the globe.

Husqvarna are not afraid to innovate either, introducing the robotic, solar powered Automower® in 1995 and continually looking to improve their existing products by listening to their customers. Jumping onto the grass recycling bandwagon, they also manufacture some of the best mulching lawnmowers available, incorporating Bioclip® technology into the vast majority of their petrol lawn mowers. Be left in no doubt, if you buy any product from the Husqvarna garden machinery stable, you will be buying into Swedish quality that is built to last.
