A sturdy ridger tool designed to convert Husqvarna’s compact T300RS mini-tiller for digging furrows for planting or earthing-up potatoes and other plants. Easy to install, robustly made and simple to operate.
Ridging is a horticultural technique which involves piling soil up around the base of a plant, perhaps most commonly used when growing potatoes (which need to be re-buried under a few inches of soil at least a couple of times while growing) but also often used to promote healthy growth and to stabilise other crops. When done by hand using a hoe this can be a time consuming procedure, especially in larger vegetable patches, but this handy ridger tool for Husqvarna’s superb T300RS mini-tiller can save significant time and effort while offering a simple and effective method of getting the job done.
Easy to attach and sturdily built, the ridger tool features a mini-plough which lifts soil as you advance to create a furrow perfect for planting and to re-cover tubers and potatoes which have become exposed to sunlight. This makes ongoing soil cultivation work pleasingly hassle-free, delivering optimal growing conditions with the bare minimum of fuss.
