Husqvarnas Technical 24 Protective Boots are perfect for busy professional chainsaw operators and offer effective protection against chain speeds of up to 24m/s. Fitted with high-grip Gravity soles, a waterproof Sympatex membrane and steel toe caps.
As Nancy Sinatra once sang, these boots are made for walking. What Ms. Sinatra didn’t mention, however, is that these boots are also made to provide effective protection for professional chainsaw users working in challenging conditions. The omission is fair enough really, as it’s hard to get all of that information to fit to a melody. Nevertheless, Husqvarna’s Technical 24 Boots are tough, comfortable and perfect for hardworking foresters and arborists who spend long days on their feet engaged in demanding commercial cutting work.
Certified to offer Class 2 protection against chain speeds of up to 24m/s in compliance with the EN345 standard, these sturdy lace-up boots are made from hardwearing leather and feature steel toe caps and a rubber-reinforced lower section to help keep you safe while you work. An additional safety enhancing feature is the inclusion of clever Gravity® soles, which are oil resistant and provide exceptional grip and stability even on uneven or slippery ground. Along with a Sympatex® membrane which is both breathable and 100% waterproof, this makes Husqvarna’s Technical 24 Boots perfect for year-round, all-weather use.
Furthermore, along with being reassuringly sturdy these outstanding boots are also pleasingly comfortable thanks to a soft inner lining and extra padding around the ankle, heel and top. As such they can happily be worn for long days in complete comfort, which is undoubtedly a vital factor for any hardworking forestry professional, and with an impressive range of thirteen sizes available (UK sizes 3.5-13) it is easy to find a perfect fit for your needs.

About HusqvarnaBelieve it or not, Husqvarna did not start off by manufacturing any type of garden machinery at all. Instead they were established in 1689 as a weapons foundry supplying the Swedish Armed Forces. During the subsequent years, diverse and varied products have been produced, from sewing machines and cast iron kitchen equipment through to bicycles and motorbikes. It wasn't until 1959 that Husqvarna finally made its first chainsaws and engine-driven lawnmowers. The company's reputation for build quality and durability of product has never been in question. This is probably the reason for their line of professional petrol chainsaws being so popular with forestry workers across the globe.
Husqvarna are not afraid to innovate either, introducing the robotic, solar powered Automower® in 1995 and continually looking to improve their existing products by listening to their customers. Jumping onto the grass recycling bandwagon, they also manufacture some of the best mulching lawnmowers available, incorporating Bioclip® technology into the vast majority of their petrol lawn mowers. Be left in no doubt, if you buy any product from the Husqvarna garden machinery stable, you will be buying into Swedish quality that is built to last.
