Product Description

Say what you like about the Big Bad Wolf, but no matter how hard he huffed and puffed there is little chance that he could have competed with the power of Kawasaki’s professional grade backpack blowers. The Three Little Pigs can only be grateful, then, that Mr. Wolf was not armed with the KRB750B, a professional quality backpack blower capable of delivering an airflow of up to up to 20.4m3/min at 322km/h. With this impressive pushing power the KRB650B is easily capable of quickly and efficiently clearing loose leaves, twigs, grass cuttings and other debris from even the largest lawns, making this excellent machine perfect for busy professional users.

The KRB750B is powered by a clean running yet superbly powerful air-cooled 64.7cc two-stroke TK65D petrol engine. This engine, developed by Kawasaki specifically for use in blowers and for an optimised power to weight ratio, is the most powerful in any Kawasaki blower and means that this impressive machine is ideal for heavy duty commercial use clearing loose matter from lawns and hard surfaces in parks, hotel grounds, hospital forecourts and other large areas. Moreover, with a generously proportioned 2.0 litre fuel tank also included it is possible to tackle even the largest workloads without having to constantly stop and refuel, further boosting efficiency.

When faced with heavy duty clearance work you will also appreciate the ergonomic design of this marvellous piece of kit, especially the backpack harness, which is made with padded straps which distribute the blower’s weight evenly to prevent strain over prolonged periods of operation. Another advantage of the backpack mounted design is that it provides exceptional freedom of movement and thereby permits unimpeded work on uneven ground and in hard to access areas, with the KRB750B’s flexible blowing tube making it easy to direct the airflow where it is most needed.

A clever joystick control system, furthermore, provides superb convenience by enabling easy access to the KRB750B’s fully adjustable throttle lock, throttle trigger and an easy access engine on/off switch. The throttle lock is particularly useful and allows you to maintain a constant airflow without having to keep the trigger permanently depressed, thus preventing operator fatigue. For even greater convenience, the KRB750B also features Kawasaki’s practical KAR (Kawasaki Advanced Recoil) easy start system; this system reduces the resistance of the starter cord to ensure trouble-free ignition and to save time and effort otherwise wasted every time you start the machine.

On top of all of this the KRB750B is also pleasingly quiet and clean running, with a glass-wool lined muffler and a plastic fan cowling included to keep engine noise at manageable levels. This same dedication to engineering excellence means that this outstanding machine is also more than capable of handling the rigorous demands of daily professional use, with a high quality air filter included to ensure consistently high performance. Such is Kawasaki’s faith in the build quality of the KRB750B that it even comes as standard with either a three year professional warranty or a five year domestic warranty (along with a lifetime guarantee on the electronic ignition module), so you can rest assured of many years of satisfying results and efficient service.

About Kawasaki
Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd is truly a manufacturing Behemoth, a Leviathan of industry, a commercial Titan with which few can compare, a… well, you get the idea. They’re pretty big. In addition to high quality powered horticultural tools, Kawasaki’s product lines include the following (take a deep breath now); space systems, flight simulators, jet engines, missiles, rolling stock, oil tankers, submarines, wind turbines, nuclear power plant equipment, industrial plants, robots, water treatment systems, motorcycles, cars, construction machinery, steel bridges and jet skis.

However, it is worth noting that few companies become a globe-straddling, Brobdingnagian enterprise of this kind without sharing Kawasaki’s dedication to innovation, customer service and brilliant engineering. It is this longstanding tradition of producing clever, effective and efficient machinery which has led professional gardeners and landscapers across the world to select Kawasaki machines as their tools of choice when faced with heavy duty horticultural work.

Kawasaki’s current manufacturing empire has relatively humble roots in the form of a man named Shz Kawasaki. The son of a kimono merchant, Shz Kawasaki was born in 1837 and became a tradesman at the age of 17 in Nagasaki. He later started a shipping business in Osaka at 27, but it failed when his cargo ship sank during a storm. Despite this seeming setback, it was in fact Shz Kawasaki’s unfortunate familiarity with sea accidents (of which he experienced many during his life) that lay down the foundations for the Kawasaki company’s later success. This is because Kawasaki came to admire Western ships during his life at sea, which were typically more spacious, stable and faster than Japanese ships, and when Kawasaki established the Kawasaki Tsukiji Shipyard in Tokyo in 1878 he pioneered in the introduction of modern shipbuilding techniques in Japan.

Eighteen years later, in 1896, the Kawasaki Tsukiji Shipyard was incorporated as Kawasaki Dockyard Co., Ltd and the company has been growing and blazing all kinds of trails ever since. Given Kawasaki’s expertise in creating powerful, environmentally friendly and efficient engines it made perfect sense for the company to introduce its own range of power tools, including a variety of commercial grade blowers, brushcutters and hedgetrimmers. These tools all benefit from Kawasaki’s characteristic commitment to quality, durability and long-lasting performance, making them perfect for busy professionals who need machines capable of tackling heavy workloads while producing superior results.
