Product Description

It is said by some that a tidy house is a sign of a tidy mind. What the same people have to say about how a tidy garden reflects upon one’s mental wellbeing I do not know, but just to be on the safe side you could do much worse than invest in Kawasaki’s KRH300A. This powerful handheld blower provides a supremely effective method of quickly and efficiently removing leaves, grass clippings and other debris from lawns and other hard surfaces, allowing you to maintain a pleasingly tidy garden (with any concomitant psychological de-cluttering merely a handy added bonus).

Powered by a hardworking and perhaps surprisingly quiet running 26.3cc two-stroke petrol engine, the KRH300A is capable of delivering up to 12.5m3/min of air at up to 201km/h and thus more than potent enough to tackle even demanding domestic clearance work. This is due in part to its specially shaped nozzle, which concentrates the airflow for a more accurate and powerful jet, while a generously proportioned 0.5 litre fuel tank provides enough run time to allow for longer periods of uninterrupted work as and when required. To save on time and effort when you begin working the KRH300A also features Kawasaki’s KAR (Kawasaki Advanced Recoil) easy start system, which reduces starter cord resistance to help ensure hassle-free starting.

At only 4.4kg, the KRH300A clearly punches significantly above its weight. By keeping the overall weight down, however, Kawasaki’s engineers have managed to make this impressive machine superbly easy to handle and transport, which can be especially important when working in larger gardens. For added comfort and control the KRH300A is also fitted with a secure, high grip handle, clever anti-vibration technology and a practical throttle lock which keeps the throttle engaged automatically to reduce operator fatigue. Together these features mean that even extended periods of use are reassuringly stress-free, making it easier to achieve a tidy finish in the process. An integrated leg guard and a clever one-piece throttle and stop switch, moreover, each work to ensure operator safety at all times.

Like all of Kawasaki’s power products, the KRH300A is also made to be tough enough to withstand the rigors of professional use. This includes the use of high quality components such as a heavy-duty crankshaft with roller bearings, a high quality air filter and a chrome engine cylinder with a two-ring piston, but for added peace of mind Kawasaki also offers either a three year professional warranty or a five year domestic warranty as standard (as well as a lifetime guarantee on the electronic ignition module). You can therefore use your Kawasaki blower safe in the knowledge that it has been built both to last and to deliver superbly effective results every time.

About Kawasaki
Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd is truly a manufacturing Behemoth, a Leviathan of industry, a commercial Titan with which few can compare, a… well, you get the idea. They’re pretty big. In addition to high quality powered horticultural tools, Kawasaki’s product lines include the following (take a deep breath now); space systems, flight simulators, jet engines, missiles, rolling stock, oil tankers, submarines, wind turbines, nuclear power plant equipment, industrial plants, robots, water treatment systems, motorcycles, cars, construction machinery, steel bridges and jet skis.

However, it is worth noting that few companies become a globe-straddling, Brobdingnagian enterprise of this kind without sharing Kawasaki’s dedication to innovation, customer service and brilliant engineering. It is this longstanding tradition of producing clever, effective and efficient machinery which has led professional gardeners and landscapers across the world to select Kawasaki machines as their tools of choice when faced with heavy duty horticultural work.

Kawasaki’s current manufacturing empire has relatively humble roots in the form of a man named Shz Kawasaki. The son of a kimono merchant, Shz Kawasaki was born in 1837 and became a tradesman at the age of 17 in Nagasaki. He later started a shipping business in Osaka at 27, but it failed when his cargo ship sank during a storm. Despite this seeming setback, it was in fact Shz Kawasaki’s unfortunate familiarity with sea accidents (of which he experienced many during his life) that lay down the foundations for the Kawasaki company’s later success. This is because Kawasaki came to admire Western ships during his life at sea, which were typically more spacious, stable and faster than Japanese ships, and when Kawasaki established the Kawasaki Tsukiji Shipyard in Tokyo in 1878 he pioneered in the introduction of modern shipbuilding techniques in Japan.

Eighteen years later, in 1896, the Kawasaki Tsukiji Shipyard was incorporated as Kawasaki Dockyard Co., Ltd and the company has been growing and blazing all kinds of trails ever since. Given Kawasaki’s expertise in creating powerful, environmentally friendly and efficient engines it made perfect sense for the company to introduce its own range of power tools, including a variety of commercial grade blowers, brushcutters and hedgetrimmers. These tools all benefit from Kawasaki’s characteristic commitment to quality, durability and long-lasting performance, making them perfect for busy professionals who need machines capable of tackling heavy workloads while producing superior results.
