For all of the undeniable aesthetic splendour bestowed upon us by the coming of autumn, many homeowners would be much happier if that aesthetic splendour would keep away from their gardens, especially when they cannot see their lawns for a carpet of damp, dead leaves. In such a situation, however, it is comforting to know that you have a tool on hand which will soon restore your lawn, driveways and paths to an impressively immaculate state. Sanli’s BV260 Blower-Vacuum-Shredder is one such tool, offering magnificent power and versatility to help ensure that your garden looks its best all year round.
Powered by a nippy little 24.5cc two-stroke petrol engine designed to offer great fuel efficiency and superbly smooth running power, the BV260 Blower-Vacuum-Shredder is capable of achieving a maximum airflow speed of 183.6km/h. This gives it more than enough punch to clear leaves and grass cuttings from lawns and hard surfaces, while a low weight (only 4.5kg) and compact design make sure that manoeuvrability is never a problem. A traditional recoil starter system with capacitor discharge ignition, moreover, makes it easy to get the BV260 up and running in moments, while a high capacity 0.5 litre fuel tank provides ample run time for most jobs, so keeping your lawn tidy is always pleasingly stress-free.
However, as its name might suggest the BV260 does more than just blow. With a quick switching mechanism included for added convenience, this impressive little machine can also be utilised as a vacuum/leaf shredder. This added extra means that you can collect leaves as you work, ensuring an even tidier garden in the process. Even better, however, is that the BV260’s impeller features a metal shredder blade, so leaves are mulched as they are collected. This, in turn, saves a lot of space in the collection bag so saves time and effort otherwise spent disposing of clippings.
With a shoulder strap also supplied for added support while vacuuming, it thus seems that pretty much everything about the BV260 has been designed with user-friendliness in mind. Built to Sanli’s usual high standards, the BV260 Blower-Vacuum-Shredder, then, is an immensely practical piece of kit which any proud gardener would appreciate for its ability to clear leaves and other loose debris with the bare minimum of fuss.

About SanliThe increase of Chinese manufactured garden machinery over recent years has led to some great variances in the quality of products on offer, with far too much of this machinery being ‘made to a price' where the inevitable cutting of corners is evident. Sanli garden machinery is different; the products they produce are manufactured in their own 300,000m² high-tech factory in Fujian Province, China where over 1,000 members of staff work on development, production and design. Sanli UK Ltd, established in 2009 and the third overseas operation set-up by the parent company, following-on from offices in Australia and France, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujian Sanli Engine Co. Ltd.
The U.K. operation is overseen in offices close to Oxford from where a nationwide dealer network is being established, able to offer service and support to the growing number of end-users within the U.K., including professional landscapers and contractors. The range of products is expanding rapidly and already includes all the necessary items of garden machinery that any homeowner needs to keep their property in perfect condition throughout the year.
