      The Stihl MS170 petrol chainsaw been tried and tested for many years by homeowners who require a reliable 2-stroke chainsaw which will quickly get the job done. Very suitable for most wood cutting chores around the domestic garden this homeowner chainsaw is powered by a 30.1cc petrol engine with a power output of 1.2kw and a bar length of 12″/30cm.

      This lightweight chainsaw is ideal for logging thanks to the lightness, weighing in at only 4.2kg this chainsaw is easy to use and features an automatic chain lubrication system. This saw complies with the EU 11 exhaust emission standards for power tools. Built with a side access chain tensioner and one piece shroud for hassle-free maintenance, the Stihl MS170 petrol chainsaw features a PMMC3 chain with a pitch of 3/8″ that provides reduced kick-back for the user.
