Looking for a mower for a large garden but not sure where you’d keep it? Toro have come up with the perfect solution in the form of the SmartStow 20961. Maximum mowing for minimum space!
Out of stock
The Toro 20961 SmartStow is ideal for larger lawns thanks to its wide width of cut (55cm). The large rear wheels (28cm) means that it can move easily across uneven terrain and power its way through longer grasses. Using the single lever height adjustment so you can vary your grass height throughout the year with a minimum of fuss (2.54cm to 10.16cm). Use the built in deck wash port to clean the underside of the mower and get rid of any cuttings which might be restricting the airflow to the deck.
Chose from large collection bag for a tidy lawn, utilise the mulching function to restore moisture to your turf, or opt for side discharge when you need to save time. There’s something for everyone, and it’s simple to switch between the three modes as well. With variable speed self propulsion between 2 and 4.2 mph you’ll be whizzing around the garden and wondering how you ever coped without it.
All this, and there’s a 2 year full coverage warranty, including guaranteed start warranty for home-use as well!
The main selling feature of this mower though, is the unique storage system. Not only is the Toro Recycler Mower a powerful, hardworking and high quality mower, it has been designed specifically with storage in mind. While the majority of larger mowers will take up quite a lot of space, Toro are aware that not everyone’s got the room in which to store them. This is where the SmartStow method comes in: fold and lock the handles in a downward position, and then tip the mower onto its rear wheels for compact vertical storage. The engine itself is designed to be stored vertically without leaking or causing running issues. This means it takes up around 70% less space than a petrol mower of comparable size. Another benefit is you can easily get to the underside of the deck for cleaning and to change the blade without having to worry about flooding the engine or causing damage.
